State Council Meeting 14 March 2019

During a number of recent club visits by our Zone President (and State Councillor) Paul Sullivan interest was expressed by some clubs for access to Minutes of State Council minutes as well as the various Zones State Councillor reports.  This would enable our clubs and any bowlers interested to see what matters &/or concerns that other Zones/clubs are dealing with and possible solutions if applicable.
